This is a nice area in St. Paul/Minneapolis, Mn. This water fall gets a lot of on lookers. I took this about 11 PM and there were 25-30 people there. It was so hot and humid. There's a spot light on the falls so you can see it... I could've done without. I think I did a pretty good job considering the harsh spot light.
This is a 30 second exposure used a 8x ND filter.

Great shot, Rachel! I've got some good waterfall shots in my gallery, too, but I never thought to try longer exposures at night. Certainly without the fear of overexposure, we can go further in getting that wonderful lacy look with longer night exposures. You've inspired me.
